At Backyard Bread, experimenting with new flavour combinations is our passion and we strive to create products of the highest quality.
After nine years selling our products at the Riverland Farmers’ Markets, we formed a strong bond with our fellow producers. In addition, we have a wide network of Food Riverland members sourced through the market who serve as an important source of inspiration for us.
There are three things you should know about our products:
- We choose to bake in small batches using fresh, locally grown, high quality fruit and vegetables where possible.
- In our bread, we choose to use unbleached baker’s flour, as well as wholemeal and rye flours.
- We choose not to add any artificial preservatives, colours or flavours to any of our foods.
Once again, we take great pride in supporting our local growers and producers using fresh, regional ingredients as much as possible in this entirely handmade range of products, paying meticulous attention to each small batch.
